The father-daughter bond is a profound and unique relationship. From a young age, daughters look up to their fathers as role models and sources of strength. This connection is built on a foundation of unconditional love, trust, and mutual respect. Fathers play a crucial role in their daughters' lives, providing support, guidance, and a sense of security. Fathers teach their daughters valuable life lessons. This relationship often shapes a woman's perspective on life and relationships. Undeniably, a father is the first love of a daughter and forever a superhero.

Irrespective of caste, culture and financial status, this bond fosters a sense of confidence and self-worth in daughters. Both fathers and daughters leave no opportunity to cherish their relationship and celebrate the unique connection. Recently, a video of a ragpicker and his daughter travelling in a metro has taken the internet by storm and melted the hearts of netizens.

The video shows the father-daughter duo travelling in the metro along with several other passengers onboard. The playful little kid is holding the bar while the man is carrying a plastic bag filled with rags.

Suddenly, the kid walks close to her father and pleads with him to pick him up on his shoulders. The man keeps the bag of rags on the floor and picks up his daughter. The kid settles down on his father's shoulders and holds the belt for support. Next, the man picks up his bag of rags to avert any inconvenience to other co-passengers. As it seems, the heart-melting moment was captured by a co-passenger.

While the source of the video couldn't be verified, it is shared on X (formerly Twitter) by Ashish Prajapati. By now, the video has been viewed by over 350K users and liked by over 12K users. The caption for the post reads: "A father is a daughter’s first love and her forever hero" (sic)

Moreover, netizens have flooded the comments section with red heart emoticons and appreciation for the father-daughter duo.

One user wrote, "Agar maa dharti hai to pita gagan hai (If mother is earth, father is sky)." (sic)

A second user wrote, "He is very rich than many of us in terms of love from daughter, human relationships." (sic)

"I am not crying," wrote another emotional user. (sic)
