Sania Mirza finally breaks silence after Shoaib Malik shares wedding photos with Sana Javed

Ever since former Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik announced his marriage to actress Sana Javed, Indian tennis star Sania Mirza’s personal life has lately been a hot topic on the internet.

So many rumours behind the reason of separation between Sania and Shoaib have been circulating over various social media platforms. However, Sania’s family has revealed that the two have been divorced for a few months.

“Sania has always kept her personal life away from the public eye. However, today the need has arisen for her to share that Shoaib and she have been divorced for a few months now. She wishes Shoaib well for his new journey ahead! At this sensitive period of her life, we would like to request all fans and well-wishers to refrain from indulging in any speculation and to respect her need for privacy,” Sania’s team and her family released a statement on Sunday.

The revelation was announced following Shoaib’s announcement of his third marriage to Pakistani TV actor Sana Javed. The cricketer, who had not confirmed the rumours of his divorce from Sania, celebrated their son Izhaan Mirza Malik’s fifth birthday in Dubai last year. The wedding pictures shared on social media intensified the speculation around the separation.
