Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) batting mainstay Virat Kohli and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) mentor Gautam Gambhir had an ugly altercation in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) a couple of days back.

The incident happened after LSG’s ninth match of the ongoing IPL 2023. LSG pacer Naveen-ul-Haq, who was allegedly misbehaved by Kohli, was also involved in the brawl.

Kohli got into a verbal due with Naveen during the match and the argument between the two cricketers continued even after the completion of the game. The whole thing took a new turn when Gambhir entered into the altercation.

After some days, Naveen once again reignited the storm with his cryptic post. He has recently shared a picture of himself with Gambhir on Instagram and captioned the post, “Treat people the way you want to be treated. Talk to people the way you want to be talked to #With Goat.”

Though the pacer did not mention Kohli’s name in his post, fans were quick to react that the comment was aimed at Kohli.

Responding to Naveen’s cryptic post, Gambhir commented, “Be who you are !! ‘Never Change’.”

Notably, LSG has bought Afghanistan speedster Naveen with his base price of Rs 50 lakh during the mini-auction in 2022. The aggressive pacer has so far played five matches in IPL 2023. He has scalped seven wickets in the cash-rich league so far.
