Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) star batsman Virat Kohli and former BCCI President and Delhi Capitals (DC) team mentor Sourav Ganguly grabbed the headlines after refusing to shake hands with each other during the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) in Bengaluru last week.

However, both the legendary cricketers seem to have buried the hatchet between them. They stunned everyone by shaking hands with each other after Delhi defeated Bangalore by seven wickets at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on Saturday. Both of them also gave a gentle pat to each other.

Several fans have posted the videos and pictures of the incident over various social media platforms.

Responding to the posts, netizens have posted interesting comments.

“Social media scam to put these sort of pictures to manufacture conflicts,” a fan tweeted.

“Dear Virat Kohli, if You Can Give It, You Got To Take It,” wrote another fan.

“We are Indians believe in you both cricket legends Indian cricket fans. They look up to you respect you and love you. This is the sportsmanship,” a third user commented.

Earlier it has been reported that there has been a misunderstanding between Kohli and Ganguly during the latter’s tenure as the BCCI chairman. Kohli even stepped down from Team India’s captaincy during that period. At that time, rumours were doing rounds that Kohli was forced to take the decision under BCCI’s pressure.
