IPL 2023: Faf Du Plessis makes hilarious blunder; Virat Kohli’s reaction goes viral - watch

During a promotional event on the sidelines of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL), Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Faf Du Plessis made a hilarious blunder.

While trying to say the iconic ‘Ee Sala Cup Namde’ (The Kanadda language line translates to English as ‘This time the cup is ours’), Faf said Ee Sala Cup Nahi’.

The video of the hilarious incident has reportedly gone viral over various social media platforms. In the video, it is found that legendary Indian cricketer Virat Kohli who was sitting beside Faf could not stop laughing all through the incident.

Notably, RCB have an extremely huge fan base not just in Bengaluru but across the country. The team receives plenty of support from the fans wherever they play. However, they have never won the coveted title so far.

Faf took over RCB’s leadership from Kohli in 2022 season following his decision to quit the role.
