David Warner has returned to the home stadium in Hyderabad where he won the Indian Premier League (IPL) title. The current Delhi Capitals captain was in a great mood. Upon seeing his old Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) teammate Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Warner was ecstatic. He rushed near the pacer and touched his feet. Subsequently, both players hugged each other. DC pacer Ishant Sharma was present near Bhuvneshwar and he could not control his laughter after watching Warner’s hilarious act.

The video of the incident has been shared on IPL's social media handles. The video clip has reportedly gone viral within no time and won the hearts of many fans. So far, it has garnered around 7,000 likes. Reacting to the heart-touching video, several fans have flooded the comment box with amusing comments.

“Most Down to Earth man literally I’m getting emotional every time I see him on screen,” wrote a fan.

“Everyone knows what type of relationship Warner used to have with Hyderabad & its team men, sad that got broken by a few but Love to see old friends getting in touch with big smiles on their faces. Love to see that. Warner u beauty is sad to see u in another jersey,” tweeted another fan.

“Hands down the best overseas player of the IPL... Gayle, perhaps a close second...But, Warner is just something else,” a third user commented.
