Ollywood actor and Kendrapara (BJD) MP Anubhav Mohanty has once again found himself in the eye of a storm.

This time it is over an erroneous social media post that was uploaded on the embattled actor-turned politician's official handle on Tuesday.

As per reports, Mohanty paid his tributes to the late Odishi Sangeet Guru Raghunath Panigrahi on his birthday on his Twitter handle.

However, instead of the late maestro's photograph, Mohanty posted flute legend Guru Hariprasad Chaurasia's in his post.

Being an actor and MP, Mohanty's mistake in posting picture of the Indian Music Director and classical flautist, who is alive, instead of Sangeet Guru Raghunath Panigrahi has invited sharp criticisms and created a flutter in several quarters.

Artistes and music professionals have lambasted the error.

Cine Critic Dilip Hali said, "Pundit Raghunath Panigrahi is Odisha's renowned classical musician. Posting some other person's photo to observe his birth anniversary is an irresponsible act by an MP and he has no other option but tender an apology."

However, MP Mohanty is yet to react over his error-fed social media post or make amends to the mistake.
