A nurse from Australia has left everyone impressed with her 45 kg weight loss with a simple change to her diet routine and easy exercise. The nurse, who weighed around 115kg, lost around 45 kg with this simple diet and easy exercise.

The nurse has been identified as Samantha Abreu, 25, from Melbourne. Samantha was overweight since a teenager and struggled with her excess weight, an India Today report said. She would often binge eat which caused her to gain weight. This affected her daily life, and she also struggled to complete her shifts due to exhaustion at her job.

Fed up with her uneasy life due to her weight, Samantha decided to transform her health through daily morning walks and diet control. It was during the lockdown, Samantha started going for daily walks and soon realised it was a ‘blessing’ for her mindset and body.

With the daily walks, she also started practicing food control, decreasing the size of her meals. It took her almost 1 year to reduce 45 kg. She did not have to go to the gym and do complex exercises. Just daily walks and diet control help her reduce the desired weight.

“It’s lovely looking stronger. I hope other people can see themselves in me and realise that they can also slowly start implementing the change, that’s all I want,” she said, as per New York Post.

Without any fail, Samantha walks 10,000 steps daily and runs 5 km every day, and goes to gym four times a week. With this daily routine, Samantha revealed that she feels ‘comfortable and safe’ in her body.
