A renowned women’s fitness coach has unveiled three straightforward strategies to shed excess weight before the summer hits. Jenna Rizzo from Georgia shared the importance of gradual change rather than abrupt transformations, the New York post stated.

By embracing these tips by Rizzo, any individual can embark on a journey towards improved health and well-being without resorting to drastic measures.

Below are three ways to transform your body even if you have crappy genetics as per Jenna Rizzo:
As someone who was genetically blessed to resemble a pudgy ruler, I feel your pain. Over the years I’ve been able to change my body by implementing 3 main things…

1. Start strength training. Unlike doing cardio alone, strength training allows you to target specific muscles that will tone and create shape. It’s important to follow a structured program to insure you see results - lifting weights without any rhyme or reason will get you nowhere.

2. Watch out for fake healthy foods. Granola, smoothies, açaí bowls, some yogurts, and dried fruit can seem healthy, but are sometimes super high in sugar and calories. While I’m not saying to NEVER eat these, eating them often can make it hard to lose weight.

3. Get some rest. Sleep plays a crucial role in weight loss and muscle gain and most people don’t even realize it. Aiming for 7 hours a night minimum will help your body recover and keep your metabolism working for you instead of against you.
