RRB Releases 2024 Annual Calendar: Schedule for ALP, Technician and various posts announced

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have unveiled the RRB 2024 Annual Calendar outlining the recruitment schedules for various positions, including Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP), Technicians, Non-Technical categories, Junior Engineers, and Paramedical roles.

According to the annual calendar, the ALP recruitment process is set to take place from January to March 2024, while Technicians' recruitment is scheduled for April to June. 

Non-Technical Popular Categories (Graduate and Undergraduate), Junior Engineers, and Paramedical Categories will undergo recruitment from July to September 2024. 

Level 1 and Ministerial & Isolated Categories will follow from October to December.

For ALP post candidates, the Computer Based Test (CBT) examination is tentatively planned between June and August 2024. 

The second stage (CBT 2) exams are expected to be held in September 2024. The Aptitude Test (CBAT) is slated for November 2024, with the Shortlist for Document Verification anticipated to be released in November or December 2024.

Simultaneously, the RRB Technician recruitment process for 9000 posts is on the horizon. The official notification is set to be published in the employment news in February 2024, and online application submissions will commence in March, concluding in April 2024.
