We are assuming chest pain is a minor gastric issue, we neglect our heart a lot. Because of our own faulty lifestyle, the major organ of our body gets damaged.

There are many reasons for chest pain, which can be from the digestive tract. Pain in the oesophagus can be felt in the chest. Esophageal pain also radiates to another side of the chest. When it feels in the lower left part of the chest, it can sometimes be misunderstood as coming from the heart, same as during angina or heart attack. 

There are many symptoms which can not be noticed by women, this is because of the intensity of the tolerance capacity of women.  

Symptoms of Heart attack are- 

  • Pain in neck, shoulder, upper back
  • Shortness of breath
  • Pain in arm
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Sweating
  • Unusual fatigue
  • Indigestion

Keep aspirin 300 mg in your wallet - 

Take this tablet as soon as you feel severe pain in the chest or radiation to the left arm. Don't neglect chest pain as gastritis. 

You can keep Sorbitrate 5 mg in your wallet - 

Take this tablet as soon as the pain starts. Place the tablet under the tongue or inside the cheeks and let it dissolve.

When to see the doctor - 

Chest pain can be severe if we ignore it as gastritis but rush to the doctor or receive a medical condition as soon as possible to avoid a heart attack, and can be quickly treated and eliminated.

If the chest pain is not that severe then it can be relieved by taking antacids, there is no emergency. If the pain is not controlled by antacids and it is increasing then you rush to the doctor. As a rule of thumb, the more pain, the more urgent it is to rush to the doctor.
