Actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra on Friday shared a cryptic post on ‘separation’ that has left fans baffled. The businessman who is plunging into acting took to his X, formerly known as Twitter and shared a post on separation.

“We have separated and kindly requested you to give us time during this difficult period,” he shared on X. This has left fans guessing if he was seeking a divorce from his wife and actress Shilpa Shetty or it was another gimmick. 

“Separate means divorce from Shilpa Shetty? What are you saying?” commented a user.

Another user wrote, “Don’t worry guys, they are separated means Face mask and Raj Kundra now separated.”

“Achcha huya. Shilpa bhi bahut dino se tumhari vajah se pareshan rahi he. Bas ab aur nahi,” commented a third user.

However, many other users pointed it to be a promotional stunt for his upcoming movie. 

“It just seems to be a publicity gimmick for the film,” commented another user.

Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty has remained tight-lipped about the ‘separation’.

It is worth mentioning here that Raj Kundra is playing the titular role in his upcoming movie ‘UT 69’ that is based on his real life. It deals with Raj Kundra’s day in jail following the charges of producing pornographic content.
