Who can forget his chocolate boy looks in his early movies like Dil Maange More, Kismat Konnection, Vivah, Jab We Met and Fida? Posters of Shahid were literally found everywhere from gyms, and salons to every girl’s bedroom and university dorms.
However, the actor has now completely shed off his sweet boy looks and has been taking serious roles in Kabir Singh, Farzi, Jersey, Haider, Kaminey, Udta Punjab and Bloody Daddy. However, fans have been missing the actor’s old looks and charisma who often take to social media to request the actor to take on additional roles similar to those in the past.
Recently, a fan took to Twitter and requested Shahid to do sweet roles like in the past. The fan wrote, “Sir, please do some more sweet boy roles like in Vivah and Jab We Met.”
However, it seems like the actor is currently in no mood to return back as the chocolate boy. Replying to the fan, he wrote, “DADDY forgot his sweet side these days.”
However, imagine if Shahid Kapoor returned back in his old avatar as Aditya in Jab We Met and Prem in Vivah. Fans would go berserk and theatres would turn into celebration grounds like the good old 90s.
On the work front, Shahid is currently basking in the success of Bloody Daddy and Farzi. He also has a couple of other movies in his kitty.
