The mass entertainer film produced by Dil Raju and Ekta Kapoor will see the Geetha Govindam actress romancing Shahid Kapoor for the first time.
Fans are super excited as Shahid and Rashmika will make for a fresh and captivating on-screen pair. The Anees Bazmee film will reportedly see Shahid Kapoor in a double role after his superhit movie Kaminey.
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor has a couple of movies in his kitty. He has already finished the shoot of Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bloody Daddy and an untitled film opposite Kriti Sanon. He is currently shooting for Rosshan Andrrew’s investigative thriller. The film, reportedly the remake of the Malayalam thriller ‘Mumbai Police’ will see Shahid Kapoor romancing gorgeous Pooja Hegde for the first time.
In contrast, Rashmika is awaiting the release of her upcoming movie Pushpa: The Rule and also has two other South Indian films in her kitty.
Recently, the actress drew the ire of social media users after she was featured in a chicken burger ad although she was a vegetarian. Netizens were quick to point out that she was the brand ambassador and investor of a vegan beauty brand, but is advertising chicken burger.
