BTS leader Kim Namjoon, also known as RM, recently shared a touching note with fans on the Weverse community forum, expressing his well-wishes after the Lunar New Year. RM conveyed his hope for a lasting connection with fans and assured them that despite the passing time, he is adjusting well and looking forward to the day when they can meet again.

In the note, RM mentioned celebrating the Lunar New Year with rice cake soup and taking a moment to rest during the festive season.

 He expressed his optimism about the future, stating, "I believe that it will be another place of learning and experiences." Despite the inevitable wait until the next lunar New Year, he vowed to make the most of his time.

His message carried a heartfelt wish for the health and happiness of fans, saying, "Whenever, wherever, always be healthy. And I wish that you will experience a lot more good things than bad things. Hoping that our connection will continue to go on, I hope you receive a lot of New Year blessings!"

Fans were quick to react to RM's post, expressing gratitude for his constant thoughtfulness. One fan reassured RM, saying, "Our connection is forever, honey." Another wrote, “‘Hoping that our connection will continue to go on’. No way I didn't cry. Seriously, I didn't.”

For the unversed, RM, V, Jimin and Jungkook, had initiated the military enlistment process in November and entered the camp in December 2023. In a statement shared on Weverse, BigHit Music expressed gratitude towards fans for supporting BTS over the years.

"Thanks to your kind consideration and support this past December, BTS members RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook have entered the military and will soon be performing their duties at the training camp. Thank you for your interest and support on their enlistment day," the agency said in the statement.

Notably, Jin was the first BTS member to enlist in 2022, followed by J-Hope last April. Suga was next to start his service in September 2023
