Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan has created a storm online ever since the release of its much-anticipated trailer. The action-drama trailer is being termed as the trailer of the century. However, a particular dialogue from the trailer has sparked quite a controversy.

The dialogue ‘Bete Ko Haath Lagane Se Pehle, Baap Se Baat Kar’ has fans guessing that it was a direct dig at former NCB chief Sameer Wankhede, the tainted officer who had arrested Aryan Khan in drugs case.

Now, after the dialogue went viral, Wankhede has reacted and shared a cryptic post on social media.

Taking to X, Sameer shared a quote by Nicole Lyons which reads, “I have licked the fire and danced in the ashes of every bridge I ever burned. I fear no hell from you.”

Fans are speculating that the cryptic post is indirect dig at Shah Rukh Khan’s dialogue in the two-minute-forty-five-second trailer.

Worth mentioning, Sameer Wankhede was accused of bribery in the matter involving Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan who was arrested after a drug bust on Cordelia Cruise in October 2021.

Later, an alleged series of WhatsApp chats between Shah Rukh Khan and Wankhede had gone viral where SRK can be seen pleading with the NCB officer to be kind to his son.

“You are a good man. Please be kind to my son. My son will break as a human being. I can only plead and beg you as a father. Please. You promised you will reform my child. I would never stand in front of what you are doing. I have just believe in your goodness,” read Shah Rukh’s message.

However, it is still unclear if the messages are true or just an attempt to tarnish Shah Rukh’s image.
