‘Are you ready for it Vidya? 'When Rani Mukerji made Karan Johar uncomfortable on his show; Watch

Vidya Balan and Rani Mukerji collaborated on a movie project titled “No One Killed Jessica” released in 2011. As a part of the promotion, the two had come on one of the episodes of Koffee with Karan. While the discussion, in general, was about both of them and their life, it also revolved around the rumours that there was a strong animosity between Rani and Vidya during the shooting.

So much was written about how the two divas are having a cold war on the sets of the movie that they were asked questions regarding the same multiple times during the promotions. In one of the interviews, the Parineeta actress put the record straight by saying that both of them shared a good off-screen bond. Rather Rani used to pull Vidya’s legs a lot of time during the shooting.

Vidya Balan narrated exactly what happened and during one of the interviews said, “There was a scene in Ishqiya wherein I had to suck Arshad Warsi's thumb; Rani would constantly imitate me on the sets of NOKJ, and I couldn’t stop laughing. She’s a fun person to be with.” The Kahaani actress added that Rani used to start sucking her finger the moment she saw Vidya on the set.

The same thing was discussed on Koffee with Karan when Vidya Balan and Rani Mukerji appeared on the show. When Karan asked about the rumours related to a tiff between the two actresses, Rani said, “Actually, I'm quite besotted by her (Vidya) and so is she by me because of one thing which we're just going to show you..."

Moving her thumb toward Vidya sitting next to her she just asked, “Are you ready for it Vidya?” The Dirty Picture actress felt a bit awkward but laughed it away and started sucking the thumb of Rani.

Karan Johar was so embarrassed with this bold display that he gave an awkward expression and simply turned his head sideways.
