WHO DG’s Latest Warning: Some Countries Witnessing Serious Spike In Covid-19 Cases
The Chinese mainland on Thursday reported 3,472 locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases, besides 20,782 asymptomatic cases, according to the National Health Commission (NHC).
The US is followed by India and Brazil, which have recorded cases exceeding 43 million and 30 million respectively, as well as 521,737 and 661,493 deaths.
"I have got reports from a few schools in the past few days where parents have informed about their child testing positive. The Education Department will tomorrow (Friday) issue guidelines to schools in this regard," Sisodia added.

A massive crowd was seen at a three-day flea market festival at the JLN Stadium here that ended on Sunday. Very few people were seen wearing mask at the venue. The visuals from the festival have been widely shared on social media.
