In back-to-back jolts for the ruling-BJD in Odisha, former MLA and actor Akash Das Nayak, and MP Anubhav Mohanty resigned from the party on Saturday. Similarly, actor-turned-politician Anubhav Mohanty also resigned from the primary membership of BJD. He has submitted his resignation to party president and CM Naveen Patnaik. Prior to this, former BJD MLA Priyadarshi Mishra had also resigned from the primary membership of the BJD and joined the saffron party today.
