She decided to take a new path in full-time teaching to UPSC aspirants. Today, she is running one of the best UPSC coaching Institutes ‘Tathastu ICS’ in India. With her brilliant knowledge, she has made a place in the hearts of lakhs of UPSC aspirants.
After college, she joined Bhabha Atomic Research Centre as a nuclear scientist for a period of 1 year. She then appeared for several exams like GATE, ISRO, MPPSC, Delhi Police and FCI and showcased her excellence everywhere.
In her first two attempts, Ishita Kishore could not even clear the Prelims. However, a determined Ishita dedicated 9 hours daily to her preparation diligently. She appeared for her third attempt in 2023 and cracked the exam with All India Rank-1 to become an IAS officer.
To make ends meet, she used to sweep streets during the day and studied hard in the evening. Working as a sweeper, she managed to complete her graduation in 2016.

By investing Rs 3 lakh, they opened their first tea outlet opposite a girls’ hostel in Indore, offering a distinct experience to tea enthusiasts. Today they have over 400 outlets of ‘Chai Sutta Bar’ in 195 cities of the country.

During the day, he would work as a junior health inspector and studied for hours at night. With his hard work, he finally passed the State Civil Services Exam in 2006 and went on to become a Deputy Collector.
No hunger, lack of money and resources could stop her from striving hard to fulfill her dream. Despite all the financial difficulties, she diligently continued her civil services journey.
In a podcast, the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (EAC-PM) member has explained that five to eight years of preparation for the civil services by lakhs of students is a ‘waste of youthful energy’.

In both Class 10 and 12, she was the CISCE Board District Topper. Later, she went on to pursue her graduation in Economics Honours from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi University.
