UPSC recruitment 2025: Applications invited for Senior Veterinary Officer and other posts

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited applications for the posts of Senior Veterinary Officer and various other positions. Eligible candidates can apply online via the official UPSC website, link - upsc.gov.in. This recruitment drive aims to fill 40 vacancies within the organisation. Eligibility Criteria

For being eligible, candidates should hold relevant degrees in the required field for the position that they wish to apply for

Passing Criteria

The minimum qualifying marks in interviews, irrespective of whether selection is made solely through an interview or via a Recruitment Test followed by an interview, are as follows:

• UR/EWS candidates: 50 marks

• OBC candidates: 45 marks

• SC/ST/PwBD candidates: 40 marks

• (out of a total of 100 marks).

Application Fee

Applicants are required to pay an amount of Rs 25 as the intimation fee. However, 
Female/SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability candidates are exempt from paying any fee. Payment can be made either by cash deposit at any branch of the State Bank of India, through net banking of any bank, or via Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI.
