Odisha's Higher Education Dept announces free residential UPSC coaching for 200 aspirants in the 2025-26 session, including food and accommodation. Entrance exam on June 8.

The Higher Education Department, Odisha Government announced a golden opportunity for UPSC aspirants from the state. As part of its ongoing initiative to support civil service aspirants, the department will provide free residential coaching to 200 eligible candidates under the UPSC Civil Services Residential Coaching Scheme for the 2025–26 session.

Free Coaching with Food and Accommodation

The official notification for the scheme stated that it would cover 11 months of intensive coaching for both Prelims and Mains (including General Studies and Optional papers) as per the UPSC syllabus.

It also added that the programme will be completely residential, with the government taking care of both food and accommodation for the selected candidates.

Entrance Examination on June 8

To select the final 200 aspirants, a pre-qualifying entrance examination will be conducted on June 8, 2025. Admit cards will be made available on the SSB Odisha website (www.ssbodisha.ac.in) from June 3, 2025.

Interested candidates can apply online through the SAMS portal. The Common Application Form (CAF) will be available from April 15, 202 at 4:00 pm, and the last date to apply online is May 9, 2025, at 11:45 pm.

An application fee of Rs. 100 is to be paid online during submission.
