"This exercise was to evaluate the levels of efficacy at every level. The participants were divided into Red Team (attacking) and Blue Team (defending) and real-time simulated exercises were conducted. Every team did its best to win. Every aspect was evaluated and the SOPs studied," a senior ICG official said.
The objective of the joint exercise is to beef up maritime security in order to avoid any infiltration through marine routes and keep the personnel ready for exigencies.
