As a precautionary measure to break the Covid-19 chain, the Indian Railways has decided to restrict the train movements to Puri during the upcoming RathYatra festival.
The testing will be done at four stages --before Snana Yatra, before Gundicha Yatra, before Bahuda Yatra and lastly, 15 days after Niladri Bije.
