A fire broke out at Mahanadi Coalfield Limited (MCL)’s plant in Bharatpur of Angul district on Wednesday. MCL’s Fire Services Personnel reached the spot to contain the flames. Exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
In order to impart quality education to children in mining-rich Sundergarh and Angul district, two new Kendriya Vidyalayas will be set up soon.
