Queen Elizabeth II, the longest serving monarch of the United Kingdom, passed away at Balmoral after battling months of illness. In her lifetime, she has visited India thrice, the first of which was in 1961, next in 1983 and last one in 1997, all with her husband and Duke of Edinburgh late Prince Phillip.
