Odisha Records Biggest Daily Spike, 10521 Cases, 17 Covid-19 Deaths

Odisha appears to be completely in the grip of the second wave of coronavirus as daily cases touched an all-time high on Thursday. As many as 10521 persons tested positive for Covid-19 in the state in the last 24 hours, pushing the tally to beyond 5 lakh. The virus also claimed the lives of 17 persons during the period, the highest in a day so far in 2021.
