As per official notification of the OPSC released on November 1, 2022, the candidature of several candidates has been rejected due to malpractice and other reasons.
The Group B post of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after jobs in Odisha. OPSC had conducted the written examination to fill up as many as 796 (265 women) ASO posts on August 27.
The annual recruitment calendar of OPSC for 2022-23 says the skill test for the qualified candidates will be conducted and result will be published in the month of November.
OPSC had earlier said that the Admission Certificate downloaded earlier from the OPSC website for the ASO written examination scheduled to be held on August 21 is also valid for the rescheduled ASO written examination on August 27
