The Orissa High Court on Friday upheld the merit list of 1104 candidates published by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) for the recruitment of Assistant Section Officer (ASO).
A contempt case was earlier filed as the Commission had not complied with the May 19 directive. The Court had directed to publish a fresh merit list.
The Computer Application Test of candidates who have passed the main examination will be conducted today as per the schedule.
The Main Written Examination for the post of Assistant Section Officer will be held on April 30, 2023.
The preliminary examination for the recruitment to ASO posts in Orissa High Court is scheduled for April 16.

The OPSC on Thursday issued a statement refuted the allegations of discrepancies in the conduct of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) examination.
The allegations by certain candidates in the mainstream and social media that candidates who were absent have been selected are baseless and false,” the OPSC statement read.
