Tripling Proves Costly! 2 Killed In Bike Mishap In Odisha’s Bhadrak

Bhadrak: Two youths were killed while another sustained critical injuries in a road mishap near Nuagaon under Bansada police limits in Bhadrak district late on Monday night.

According to reports, the incident took place near Nuagaon on the Motto- Nalagohira road, when the three tripling on a motor-cycle were returning to their homes in Nalagohira village. Suddenly, the rider lost his balance and rammed the bike into a roadside tree.

Critically injured, they were rushed to Chandbali Community Health Centre where doctors declared one of them dead. Two others were later shifted to SCB Medical College & Hospital in Cuttack for treatment, where again one succumbed to his injuries.

The bodies of deceased Ashok Das and Balaram Nayak have been sent for post mortem, while Anand Nayak is undergoing treatment at SCB and is in a critical condition.

A police investigation is currently underway.
