Hrusikesh Bhoi to don Kansa role again in Dhanu Yatra

Bargarh: Hrusikesh Bhoi will play the role of mythological character Maharaja Kansa during world-famous Dhanu Yatra, said district collector Anjan Kumar Manik on Tuesday.

This is the second time Bhoi has been chosen to play the Kansa role. In 2009, Bhoi was selected for the character for the 11-day drama.

Bhoi, a native of Chicholi village, was quite successful in playing the crucial role in the open air theatre as evident from the gained popularity of this yatra over past few years.
