After 7-yrs on the run, Bitti Mohanty arrested in Kerala

Kunnaur (Kerala): Bitihotra Mohanty after absconding for nearly 7 years has finally been arrested by Kerala Police from Kunnaur. Bitihotra aka Bitti was convicted of raping a German girl in 2006 and he jumped parole in December 2006. Bitti is the son of former home guard DGP BB Mohanty who retired from service last year.
