Cuttack: Justice B P Ray, currently a judge of Kerala High Court, is likely to return to Odisha next week and would be sworn-in as a judge of Orissa High Court on March 18.

Elevated to the bench of Orissa High Court in November 2007, Justice Ray was transferred to Kerala HC in October 2010.

A communique reaching here from New Delhi said that the 59-year-old Justice Ray is transferred from Kerala High Court to Orissa High Court.
