Cuttack: Acting on the State Cabinet’s decision based on the recommendation of the Taradutt Task Force Committee on Allotment of Plots and Flats under Discretionary Quota, the Cuttack Development Authority (CDA) today served show-cause notices to another 13 single allotment beneficiaries.

Notably, CDA had issued show-cause notices to another 38 beneficiaries yesterday and 90 such beneficiaries on Thursday.

According to sources, the authority has sent show-cause notices to a total of 171 beneficiaries so far.

Besides, it had sent 24 files to the Vigilance department on Thrusday to take stringent action against beneficiaries who had availed multiple plot/flat under discretionary quota.

As per the report of the Special Task Force formed by the State government, the CDA had earlier sent files of 167 beneficiaries who had taken multiple flats and houses under the quota.
