(image) Bhubaneswar: At least one person was killed and six critical in a road accident at Bhadrak on Friday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Pratap Kumar Nayak. The incident took place when the bus coming from Kolkata was hit by a truck in the rear.

The six injured including the bus driver have been shifted to Cuttack SCB Medical College Hospital.

The police have begun its investigation. They have seized the truck and the driver has been detained for interrogation.
