New Delhi: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today said he hopes that Odisha will have more foreign investments in the coming days.

Briefing media persons soon after his arrival in the national capital, the Chief Minister said he has come to attend a meeting of the ambassadors tomorrow regarding the Make in Odisha Conclave which is going to be held in Bhubaneswar from November 30 to December 2.

“We are expecting sizeable investments and a possibility of great deal of employment. We shall present them a road map on probable investment areas of Odisha. I am sure they will be very responsive,” Patnaik added.

He said about 20 ambassadors have accepted the invitation of the state government.

The meeting will be held at Jawahar Bhawan.

To a question on the fire mishap in SUM Hospital in Bhubaneswar in the night on October 17, the chief minister said he has already ordered a RDC level probe into the incident.  “Four persons have been arrested. Stringent action would be taken against all those who have found guilty. The state government will bear the expenses of all the injured patients.

The Chief Minister will return to the state capital in the evening tomorrow.
