3 youths held for 'objectionable' Facebook post against BJP leader

Jajpur: Three persons have been arrested by Jajpur police today for posting 'objectionable' content against BJP leader Simantini Jena on social media.

As per sources, one of the youth had clicked a photo of Jena sitting next to Badachana MLA Amar Prasad Satpathy, while attending the 11th day post-death ritual of a person at Siha village in Badachana Tehsil of the district.

The youth uploaded the picture on Facebook with some abusive comments. Few other youths had also given some abusive comments on the post.

Following the incident, Jena lodged a complaint with the police and the three youths were nabbed after a probe of the incident.
