Cuttack: In what could be a serious case of fraud, as many as 20 students have been found to have taken admission in the Ravenshaw University during the 2016-17 academic year without submitting mandatory college leaving certificates (CLC).

As per reports, 20 students in the MBA department of the varsity took admission without submitting their CLCs in 2016-17.

Meanwhile, vice-chancellor of the educational institution, Ishan Patra said that the students had submitted undertakings during admission, however some students were not able to submit their CLCs.

"A committee has been set up to probe the matter. We will take further action based on the report of the committee, he said.
