IRTS Officer Kaustuva Dipta Pany appointed Joint Secretary to Odisha Commerce and Transport Dept

Odisha Government has appointed Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer Kaustuva Dipta Pany as Joint Secretary in the Commerce and Transport Department.

The General Administration and Public Grievance Department of Odisha government has issued a notification in this regard on Tuesday.

As per the notification, Pany’s appointment will be governed by foreign service terms and conditions.

Pany is allowed to remain in charge of Commissioner, Rail Coordination in addition to his own duties. The period of deputation of Pany, IRTS to Government of Odisha shall be for a period of three years from the date of his joining in the Government of Odisha i.e, 09.09.2025.

"ln pursuance of the Order No. 2025/E(O)lU5/38(E3498529)dated 08.09.2025 of the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, Government of lndia, Shri Kaustuva Dipta Pany, IRTS-2016 is appointed as Joint Secretary to Government, Commerce & Transport Department on foreign service terms and conditions," read the notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department of Odisha government.
