Woman files rape case against husband, brother-in-law, 5 others

A case in this regard was registered with Kotputli police station yesterday following a court's directive, police said.

The woman, a mother of four children, in the FIR alleged that her husband, Nihal Chand, brother-in law and five others repeatedly raped her since 2003, police said.

Meanwhile, during primary investigation, it was found that the woman had eloped with her paramour two years back and a missing complaint was also registered that time.

"Now, the woman, who returned some time ago, has accused her husband and others of raping her," police said, adding the matter was being probed.
