In the present era of social media, influencers and content creators frequently record brief videos or Instagram reels in public places.

Some of these videos are amusing and engaging, while others can come across as awkward or cringe-worthy.

Recently, a viral video emerged depicting a woman facing a predicament after being spotted by the Gujarat police.

She was found violating traffic regulations by practicing yoga right in the middle of a busy road. Authorities promptly apprehended her and she tendered an apology for her act.

Taking to 'X' platform, Gujarat Police shared the video stating that the woman who violated traffic rules and performed yoga in public on the road apologised Rajkot police. The police advised public not to violate traffic rules.

According to reports from NDTV, the woman in question, identified as Dina Parmar, was dressed in red attire and disrupted the flow of traffic by performing yoga poses in the middle of a bustling road.

In the video, Parmar can be seen starting with a split on the road, even as it was raining.

Subsequently, she strikes various yoga poses while oncoming cars stop behind her.

The video then transitions to her offering an apology for her actions.

The video went viral on the internet, and netizens shared their thoughts in the comment section.

One user humorously remarked, "Sometimes, apologize like this even for a pothole on the road 😆."

Another user expressed the need for similar actions against those who engage in such behaviours in the metro, saying, "We need action like this for those who do these things in the metro."

Yet another user seemed to appreciate the viral aspect, saying, "Finally, it was shot, and reels were made 😭."

A fourth user commended the Gujarat police with a thumbs-up emoji, stating, "Well done, Gujarat police 👌."
