A stray dog has been reminding fans of the iconic dialogue ‘Basanti in kutton ke samne mat nachna’. The iconic dialogue by Dharmendra in the movie Sholay resonates with the audiences even today.

The scene was originally from Ramesh Sippy’s Sholay where Dharmendra intervenes to protect Hema Malini from dancing in front of Gabbar Singh and his gang. However, the dialogue has now taken a new twist.

In the viral video, four young girls are seen recording a dance reel on the chartbuster song ‘Yeh Ishq Haaye’ from Shreya Ghosal from superhit movie ‘Jab We Met’. Starring Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor, the Imtiaz Ali-directorial movie has been a huge craze among fans even after almost a decade of its release.

Fans and social media users are creating reels using the scenes, dialogues and songs from the movie. The young girls were also creating a dance reel on the song. However, their performance took an unexpected turn when a stray dog made its entry.

Panicked, the girls ran away from the scene. Now, the video has gone viral with hilarious reactions from netizens. As the girls were dancing, the dog made an entry in the middle of their performance, leaving them terrified.

Interestingly, the dog stops right in front of the camera and gives a look as if making a reel. Popular Instagram page Laughtercolours shared the video and wrote, “Bruh saved us from cringe reels.”
