Our phones have become addictions and play a most important role in our day-to-day lives. While phones can be productive, the extreme use of these devices can also bring harm.

We have forgotten to give time to our loved ones and give more importance to online followers than real-life relationships, thanks to smartphones and app addiction. This has also been hampering family relationships and the studies of youngsters.

Recently, a woman came up with a unique solution to end the phone addiction of her family members. The woman identified as Manju Gupta made all her family members sign an affidavit to use their devices properly.

The affidavit reads, “Every family member will not touch their phones after waking up. First, they should do Surya Namaskar. Everyone must eat together at the dining table only. Most importantly, the phone should be 20 steps away while eating.”

The third rule in the affidavit is that no one should take their phones to the toilet. Instead of watching reels, focus on your potty, the affidavit stated.

The woman mentioned that she realised the importance of living life and phone addiction after watching Ananya Pandey’s ‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’.

She further warned that anyone who broke the rules would not get the chance to order food online on Zomato and Swiggy for one month. The woman’s rules have garnered hilarious responses from social media users.

“Lekin unka beta yeh soch ke pareshan hoga ki subha uthke girlfriend ko good morning baby nahin bola to pura din kalesh Karegi,” a user wrote.

Another user wrote, “Nothing just Manju maasi being Bigg Boss of the house."
