Many young individuals are stepping forward and entering politics. Rohit Mynampally, an Indian politician from Telangana, is one such example. He is known as the youngest MLA in India. He is the son of Malkajgiri MLA Mynampally Hanumantha Rao.
However, he is also known for his vast fleet of luxury and sports cars that includes Ferrari 488 spider, G63 AMG and other high-end cars like Mercedes Benz, Range rovers and Audi.
Ferrari 488 Spider
He is also one of the few politicians in the country to own a supercar. He owns a red Ferrari 488 Spider. This supercar is finished in Ferrari’s popular red shade and is powered by a 3.9-liter V8 engine that generates 661 bhp and 760 Nm of peak torque. The price for this Ferrari was around Rs 4.4 crore, ex-showroom, making it one of the most expensive cars in his garage.
Mercedes AMG G63
Rohit also owns a previous-generation Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG. It is powered by a 5.5-liter V8 bi-turbo petrol engine, generating 544 bhp and 760 Nm of peak torque. The cost of this SUV was under Rs 2 crore.
GMC Sierra
The GMC Sierra Denali 2500 HD is another car in Rohit’s collection. There are a few examples of this truck in India, and it is not clear whether the politician privately imported it or bought it from a seller. The GMC Sierra Denali is powered by a 6.6-liter V8 diesel engine that generates 445 Ps and 1220 Nm of peak torque.
In addition to the cars mentioned above, Rohit also owns cars like the Ford Endeavour, Kia Carnival, and older-generation Audi Q7 and Range Rover Vogue.
Earlier in October 2023, a senior advocate had complained with the Telangana Lokayukta against Malkajgiri MLA and Congress candidate Mynampally Hanumantha Rao, Mynampally Vani and Mynampally Rohit alleging that Hanumantha Rao has abused his power and engaged in corrupt practices, amassing crores of rupees illegally.
Stating that Rohit graduated as a doctor in 2020 without any professional practice, Ramarao alleged that Rohit purchased eighteen foreign cars, valued at approximately Rs 20 crore and owned Arabian horses, foreign pet dogs, private planes and luxury goods worth crores.
