Asus has recently announced the release of four new graphic cards, the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070, TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070, Asus Dual GeForce RTX 4070, and Dual White GeForce RTX 4070.
These cards are equipped with the latest NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture advancements, including DLSS 3 neural rendering and real-time ray-tracing technologies, providing an exceptional gaming experience.
Performance and pricing
The GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card is designed to deliver high performance and promises to run modern games at over 100 frames per second (fps) at a resolution of 1440p.
The pricing and availability of these cards may vary, and users can contact their local Asus representative for more information.
ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070
This card boasts a MaxContact heatsink with a lot of surface area for airflow, which, when combined with the ultra-rigid structure of its larger siblings, provides an excellent cooling performance.
The card features a 16-pin power connector compatible with the latest 12VHPWR PSU standard, and it also includes an adapter to ensure compatibility with other power supplies.
The ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 has three new fans that are better than the ones on the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3080. The new fans can push more air and have more pressure, which makes them more powerful.
It also comes with two Fan Connect II headers, and the card has a ring of ARGB tail lights that are compatible with Aura Sync, allowing gamers to light up their rig.
TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070
Asus is offering a TUF Gaming variant of the GeForce RTX 4070, which comes with the same GPU as the Strix version but has a shorter card design and a slightly thicker heatsink.
Compared to older models, the new version has an improved airflow system because of a vent on the aluminum backplate. Additionally, it is shorter in length at 301 mm, which makes it fit in a wider variety of computer cases.
The TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 also features the Dual BIOS switch, redesigned ARGB TUF logo, military-grade capacitors, and Auto-Extreme manufacturing quality.
Dual GeForce RTX 4070 GPUs
The Asus Dual cards are designed for economical or small-form-factor builds, and they are available in a black colour tone and a new white version.
These cards have been redesigned for the 40 Series, with retro-futuristic style elements, including a semi-transparent view onto the heatsink at the top of the card.
The Dual cards feature an all-aluminum backplate, 11-blade Axial-tech fans, and a Dual BIOS switch.
The Dual GeForce RTX 4070 is smaller than other models because it only has two fans. This makes it compatible with smaller computer systems.
The card features a single 8-pin PCIe power connector, making it easy to deploy into an existing build.
