However, she had her dream come true after she got a chance to meet her idol, none other than Virat Kohli. The 21-year-old got a rare ‘fan girl’ moment with Virat and couldn’t stop gushing about meeting her idol on social media.
She was more than happy that her idol actually knew her name. Sharing her experience of meeting Virat Kohli, Shreyanka wrote, “Started watching cricket cos of him. Grew up dreaming to be like him. And last night, had the moment of my life.”
She further added, “Virat said, ‘Hi Shreyanka, well bowled’. He actually knows my name, the surreal feeling.” Going by her post, the surreal feeling is yet to sink and it is completely understandable.

Along with the post, she shared an adorable picture with Virat Kohli as they both pose for the camera. As expected, her post has gone viral with over 61K likes and 990.2K views so far.

Worth mentioning, Shreyanka was picked up by RCB at a base price of Rs 10 lakh during the inaugural WPL auctions last year. Her performance won hearts and she made her national debut on December 6 for Women’s Team India.
Since then there has been no looking back for the youngster, who has represented India in 2 ODIs and 6 T20Is.
