Team India’s star batsman Virat Kohli is a thorough entertainer on the ground. Apart from his brilliant batting and energetic fielding, he often entertains the spectators by dancing to the tunes of popular movie songs.

During India’s league match of the ongoing ICC ODI World Cup against Sri Lanka at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Thursday, Kohli was at his best.

The star batsman continued his brilliant form in the mega event and scored 88 runs from 94 balls with the help of 11 boundaries. During India’s fielding also, he entertained the spectators by dancing to a popular movie song- ‘My Name Is Lakhan’.

When a group of spectators sang the popular song by clapping their hands, Kohli cheered them further by shaking his legs much to their delight.

The video of the incident has reportedly gone viral over various social media platforms. It has garnered more than 315.7k views and 20k likes on X (earlier known as Twitter). Several fans have also showered the comment box with amusing comments.

Moreover, during the course of his knock in the match, Kohli scored 1000+ runs in a calendar year for the eighth time. In the process, Kohli broke the world record held by legendary Indian batsman Tendulkar. Tendulkar achieved the feat seven times during his illustrious career in ODI cricket.
