In a greatest comeback in the IPL history, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on Saturday held their nerve to enter the IPL 2024 playoffs with a stunning 27-run win over Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in front of millions of fans at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
The Faf du Plessis Army restricted CSK to 191/7 to get their sixth consecutive win to grab the last remaining playoff spot.
While it was heartbreaking to see MS Dhoni as it might be his last IPL, fans were equally enthralled with RCB’s win as it might turn out to be their first big IPL win if they continue their winning streak.
The win was so special that RCB fans could not control their tears of joy. Even King Kohli was seen getting emotional and was almost on the verge of crying. The powerhouse of energy covered his face with his hands as he tried to control his tears.

Kohli and du Plessis set the platform for the big total through the 78-run opening stand. It was followed by Patidar and Green having a 71-run association for the third wicket, with Dinesh Karthik and Glenn Maxwell firing in late cameos to get a massive total on board for RCB.
