Odisha man enters Guinness World Records with largest collection of butterfly items

Do you know that a mere hobby can help you enter the Guinness World Records? Meet Hardik Bhammar from Bolangir, who has made this possible, and brought laurels for the state.

A businessman by profession, Hardik has now entered the Guinness World Records for having the largest collection of butterfly-related items. Hardik has a vast collection of 6,055 butterfly-related items which has helped him to create the record.

“I was fascinated by butterflies as a kid and gradually it turned into a passion and now it helped me to enter the Guinness World Records,” said an elated Hardik.

According to Hardik, he has a collection of postcards, stamps, envelopes, and other butterfly-related items.

“During the Covid period, I had applied online with the necessary pictures and video. Earlier, the record was for 1300 odd items in the category. My collection has a total of 6,055 items,” Hardik added.
