People who may not have access to internet or do not have knowledge of technology to apply online can visit the Mo Seva Kendras to get their slots for the fixation of their number plates.

The STA has also asked all OEMs (Vehicle Manufacturers) to open HSRP help desks at all RTO & ARTO offices to provide HSRP booking facility to vehicle owners. The OEMs have also been instructed to organise camps where dealer network of all OEMs is not available.
